My yoga classes respect different students'  levels, and they are fun, informative, nurturing and challenging.
No being shy! I have over 1000 hours experience teaching total beginners, mature students, pregnant and postpartum mamas, and students with certain injuries, so no matter what your level, get your yoga energy flowing!

Class descriptions:

- Alignment and Flow : Energize and relax your body and mind with a flowing class, taught with focus on precise body alignment and body / breath awareness. Classes progressively move deeper into poses, encouraging yogis to try new things, have a good time and relax. 

- Restorative Yoga and Deep Relaxation : Relax and restore energy with a class that focuses on releasing the deep body tissues and organs. Classes slowly move through seated and lying poses. Props are used to anchor and support the body. Poses are held for a few minutes at a time, for the body to fully release. Classes end with an extended deep relaxation and may include pranayama (breath work). Let go of tension and feel refreshed.

- Prenatal yoga  and Postnatal yoga :
Prenatal : Most mamas usually begin after the first trimester, and you are welcome to join anytime. Suitable for all levels. Classes focus on bringing mamas together and accompanying them through the different stages, challenges and joys of pregnancy. Sequences build strength and stamina needed for pregnancy, labor and delivery. They
gently tone and open the body. Classes include pranayama (breath work) and relaxation techniques to connect with your baby everyday. These techniques can also be useful during the different stages of labor and delivery.

Postnatal : For mamas after the first few weeks
or when they feel ready (usually 6-8 weeks, but mamas don't get turned away if they come before, I adapt the class). Sequences help rest, relax, gently move the body, retone the core and take care of yourself and baby. Postnatal classes are a sweet and nurturing way to connect with other mothers and babies. Classes include fun baby yoga and massage, and are suitable for babies until they are crawling.

All classes end with deep relaxation and a short meditation or pranayama (breath work).

I have taught in studios and retreats in France, Singapore, Cambodia and San Francisco CA, including Evolve Singapore MMA, Yoga Movement Singapore, Angkor Bodhi Tree Retreat Siem Reap, Practice San Francisco, Yoga Tree San Francisco, Mindful Body San Francisco, The Pad San Francisco... and corporate and private sessions.
